Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a Sr. Systems Administrator SME to advance enterprise IT operations for DoD mobility systems.

You will oversee CMOS, TC‑AIMS II, MFASTr, LTS, and VANTAGE operations, manage user access, lead helpdesk activities, and design training programs for theater mobility readiness with USAREUR-AFG-4 MOD priorities. You will deliver training sessions, update user guides, and coordinate with program managers to ensure seamless system integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 11+ years of relevant military/government network installation and systems administration experience.
• Experience administering enterprise mobility systems and training large user populations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a categorized helpdesk ticketing schema; track issues requiring training.
• Maintain weekly summaries of system issues, resolutions, trends, and change requests.
• Resolve all helpdesk tickets within 48 hours and track resolution times.
• Create Training Implementation Plan and maintain training rosters.
• Manage user alignment to MCE DODAACs and G4 MOD SharePoint data.
• Deliver recurring training via VTC, Teams, and conferences (TDY as required).
• Maintain PowerPoint user guides, SOPs, and troubleshooting sheets.
• Coordinate access and troubleshooting for CMOS, TC-AIMS II, MFASTr, LTS and VANTAGE.
