The role requires interpreting DoD property policies, briefing senior leadership, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping. This on-site position on Whidbey Island demands a TS clearance and strong MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance.
• BS or BA degree in a technical, business, or management field from an accredited college or university.
• 12+ years of overall experience with 5 years in defense life cycle (acquisition) logistics.
• Experience with and understanding of DoD government property policies and procedures.
• Adept at briefing program office level leadership.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics resources for the delivery and storage of government property.
• Verify and report status of existing property in storage to primary stakeholders.
• Develop and implement planning for system configurations/reconfigurations at multiple locations.
• Develop maintenance plans for scheduled and unscheduled activities with preservation requirements.
• Identify problem areas and trends; create mitigation strategies and brief the Government on resolutions.
• Assist in screening and selecting property for reutilization.
• Administrate records, adjustments, inventory corrections, and monitor government property inventory.
