Job summary

Peraton is seeking a cleared mid-level Site Lead with an engineering or construction background to join a multi-disciplinary team building a next generation satellite terminal at Schriever SFB, Colorado Springs, CO. This on-site role requires coordinating with civilian subcontractors and base personnel to advance ground terminal construction and antenna installations.

Major duties include monitoring progress, permitting, and site safety with a typical 7-4 schedule, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 8 years of related experience, or High-school Diploma/GED plus 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a completed degree
• Engineering background or prior construction industry experience required
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Willing to take relevant trainings including safety, aerial lifts, telehandler
• Secret level clearance
• Experience with MS Project is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with CAD or MS Visio

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Ready to make an impact? Peraton is seeking a cleared mid-level Site Lead with an engineering or construction background, to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to develop a next generation satellite terminal. The program provides architectural, design, construction and engineering of terminals and systems support as well as operation and maintenance of Ground Terminals for DoD.

This is an on-site position in Colorado Springs, CO on Shriever SFB, where you will be working closely with civilian subcontractors in addition to your primary team to build up the Ground Terminal facility and prepare it for antenna installations.

The Site Lead will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

Target Salary Range

$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
