Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Sr. Principal Logistics Management Analyst for Ellsworth AFB to lead sustainment logistics, manage complex spare parts and assets, and ensure fleet readiness for advanced aerospace systems.

The role requires strong government aircraft maintenance and logistics experience, excellent communication, and coordination with engineering, supply chain, maintenance, and finance teams. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 8 years in logistics, supply chain, or maintenance; or advanced degrees with fewer years.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to obtain and maintain final U.S. Secret clearance within a reasonable period.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain inventory models and stock strategies to maximize asset availability within defined budgetary constraints.
Determine and assign Authorized Stock Levels (ASL) and Reorder Points (ROP) to meet program readiness requirements while managing cost and shelf-life risk.
Optimize inventory turnover, monitor usage and demand trends, and support budgetary responsibilities for material portfolios.
Assist in forecast and material planning to support program goals.
Conduct risk analyses to identify potential supply chain disconnects and mitigate actions.
