KBR Careers in the United States is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Logistics Support Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR to support the LOGCAP NORTHCOM scope for U.S. Army training exercises.

You will develop and review transportation movement plans, TMRs and TMOs, and advise on logistics policies and procedures. The role focuses on supply, transportation, maintenance and services logistics, requiring security clearance, an undergraduate degree, 3–5 years of experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Currently possesses a USG Secret clearance or be able to successfully obtain one.
• Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree and 3-5 years of experience.
• Must possess a valid State Real ID.
• Experience in the TMR (Transportation Movement request) process.
• Experience on Command Post of the future (CPOF) / Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE).
• Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Access and Power Point.
• Experience in the TMO (Transportation Movement Order) process.

Responsibilities

• Recommends and coordinates the logistics support structure to perform the logistics functions of the project.
• Coordinates the interface between logistics functions such as transportation, maintenance and warehousing to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective support to the customer.
• Troubleshoots problem areas in logistics and coordinates problem resolution or recommends solutions to management.
• Coordinates with customers to ensure desired logistics objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to management.
• Analyzes work processes and develops metrics for measurement of performance.
• Coordinates with Environmental, Safety, and other Shared Services functional areas as appropriate in regards to logistical functions performed under contract.
• Battle tracks all LSO-Trans mission support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
