Job summary

KSA Integration in Arlington, VA, is seeking a Senior Logistics Subject Matter Expert to optimize Marine Corps expeditionary logistics using Lean Six Sigma. This full-time role requires joint integration experience and the ability to coordinate with DoD agencies and leadership.

Responsibilities include data-driven improvements, process mapping, and delivering strategic recommendations. A Top Secret/SCI clearance is preferred. START Sept 2026; HQMC I&L LP Futures contract support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in military logistics, joint operations, or process improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification required.

Responsibilities

• Apply Lean Six Sigma to analyze and optimize Marine Corps logistics processes.
• Lead and support joint logistics integration efforts with DoD standards.
• Develop data-driven improvement recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
• Coordinate with DoD agencies to align logistics requirements.
