Job summary

KSA Integration in Arlington, VA is seeking an expert-level logistics process improvement professional to optimize Marine Corps expeditionary logistics systems. The role focuses on Lean Six Sigma applications, joint integration, and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

The position requires 8+ years in military logistics, a Green/Black Belt, and the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance. A Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in military logistics, joint operations, or process improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Apply Lean Six Sigma to optimize Marine Corps logistics processes and map improvements.
• Lead joint logistics integration efforts with DoD standards.
• Develop performance metrics and dashboards for logistics processes.
• Prepare briefings and reports for senior Marine Corps leadership.
• Coordinate with the Program Manager and COR to ensure deliverables meet contract requirements.
