Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business field or related area.
• Minimum four years of procurement/contracting experience; degree may substitute with more experience.
• Three years of buying/contracting for services, equipment and products, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain schedules; manage service orders routing.
• Input and forward service orders to appropriate shop.
• Record details and prepare work orders for dispatch.
• Dispatch orders and communicate instructions to mobile crews and departments.
• Maintain logs, records and purchase requisitions per policy and terms.
• Review and issue purchase orders; support supplier performance management.
• Support safety plans and compliance with procurement procedures.
• Assist with market research and pricing for proposals.
