Job summary

CHENEGA BASE & LOGISTICS SERVICES, LLC, Ft Rucker, AL, seeks a Production Control Clerk to collect, edit, and submit maintenance data and compile production records for management review. Qualifications

• Knowledge of GCSS-Army and related maintenance data systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Understanding of standard maintenance regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage Logistics Information Systems (LIS) and GCSS-Army tasks.
• Process procurement requests and prepare vendor documentation in accordance with FAR.
• Compile material inventory records and create requisitions for parts and supplies.
• Enter equipment faults into GCSS-Army and maintain maintenance records.
• Maintain and file documents for requisitioning, receiving and issuing of supplies.
• Produce production reports and provide equipment status to units as needed.
• Create and distribute monthly Service Due Schedules and plans.
• Perform maintenance services in line with SOW and PRS guidelines.
• Provide preventive maintenance for equipment and maintain shop organization.
• Assist with oil analysis coordination and documentation as required.
