Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Logistics Specialist to support Front End of the Business (FEOTB) activities at onsite locations including McKinney, Tucson, Andover, and Indianapolis.

The role involves contract review, property management, and collaboration across Supply Chain, Contracts, Engineering, and Business Development to develop cost-effective logistics solutions. A U.S. security clearance is required and the role is onsite.

Qualifications

• Experience with Government Property, Asset Management, Property, Operations, and/or Supply Chain.
• Experience with Government contracts, FAR/DFAR regulations and international contract requirements, including ITAR and EAR.
• Experience with ERP and Property systems (i.e., SPS).

Responsibilities

• Provide LPM support for Program proposals with Government Property Management content.
• Ensure LPM proposal content includes cost effective property lifecycle events from acquisition to contract closeout.
• Provide guidance and leadership to LPM resources doing proposals for Raytheon sites.
• Collaborate with functions to develop an integrated logistics and property support plan.
• Prepare all required proposal response documents in a timely and efficient manner.
• Evaluate trade-offs between transportation costs, inventory costs, and service levels for proposals.
• Work with packaging engineers to protect property in transit.
• Ensure export regulations/compliance for proposals.
• Identify property risk through gating with Programs.
• Document Government Furnished Property attachments and serialisation.
