Job summary

Precise Systems seeks a Senior Product Support Engineer – Logistics Product Data SME to lead product-support activities across engineering, logistics, and data teams for NSWC Crane. The role emphasizes in-person support, sustainment planning, and lifecycle readiness for Electronic Warfare systems.

Ideal candidates will have a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering and 10+ years of senior product-support experience, with strong technical-writing and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10 years of relevant engineering experience including senior product support and sustainment responsibilities.
• Experience with maintenance plans, provisioning data, parts lists, and reliability data.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary product-support activities across engineering, logistics, production, test, CM and technical-data teams.
• Senior-level experience with fielded Electronic Warfare or similar military systems.
• Strong technical-writing, analytical, briefing, leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product-support activities across programs including schedules, risks and deliverables.
• Serve as senior ISEA resource for fielded EW systems, including sustainment and readiness support.
• Lead generation and maintenance of Logistics Product Data (LPD), maintenance plans, SERD and provisioning data.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, logistics and data teams on support-equipment requirements and testing.
• Mentor engineering and logistics personnel and provide technical justification for sustainment funding.
