Job summary

Precise Systems seeks a Senior Product Support Engineer – Logistics Product Data SME to provide engineering leadership, ISEA support, and Integrated Product Support expertise to our NSWC Crane customer. The engineer will lead product-support activities across engineering, logistics, production, test, configuration management, and technical-data teams to improve system readiness and lifecycle sustainment.

This role requires in-person support and SEC/DoD-aligned work in a high-visibility defense

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead product-support activities, manage technical actions, schedules and deliverables across multiple programs.
• Serve as senior ISEA technical resource for fielded EW systems including sustainment and readiness support.
• Oversee logistics data packages (LPD), maintenance plans, reliability and maintainability data, and provisioning documentation.
• Evaluate maintenance concepts, levels of repair, spare-parts needs, and lifecycle support impacts.
• Coordinate support-equipment requirements with engineering, production, logistics and technical-data teams.
• Mentor engineers and logistics personnel on sustainment funding and critical spares decisions.
