Job summary

Valkyrie Enterprises seeks a Senior Logistician to lead CIWS program logistics and product support across the system lifecycle. You will provide senior-level expertise in readiness, sustainment, and spare parts planning, coordinating with management, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure availability.

The role demands 30 years of defense logistics experience, proven CIWS knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to guide government and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have ~30 years of relevant logistics, product support, acquisition, sustainment, or related experience.
• Experience supporting CIWS or demonstrated working knowledge of the CIWS weapon system.
• Extensive experience with logistics and lifecycle product support for complex defense systems.
• Knowledge of readiness-based sparing concepts and methodologies; experience working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide senior-level recommendations to program leadership.
• Must have valid US Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior logistics subject matter expert supporting CIWS program requirements and lifecycle product support activities.
• Provide leadership in product support management, logistics planning, sustainment, and system readiness.
• Coordinate development and execution of integrated logistics and product support strategies throughout the system lifecycle.
• Provide readiness-based sparing expertise and assess spare parts requirements.
• Analyze logistics, maintenance, supply, and readiness data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with program management, engineering, logistics, and maintenance to support objectives.
• Support logistics planning for fielded weapon systems and assess documentation for stakeholders.
• Develop briefings, reports, analyses, and recommendations related to logistics and product support.
