Job summary

Tetra Tech AMT is seeking a Senior Logistics Management Specialist to lead day-to-day logistics operations, develop integrated logistics plans, and analyze performance data. The role requires a strong background in lifecycle logistics within acquisition/sustainment environments and proficiency with earned value management and related processes.

The successful candidate will coordinate with stakeholders, review engineering and provisioning documents, and guide depot and field logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; DAWIA Level III certification in Logistics or equivalent.
• Master's degree may substitute for 4 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 4 years of life cycle logistics experience in an acquisition and/or sustainment organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations for the organization.
• Prepare initial documentation during planning stages.
• Review contract plans and process reports.
• Collect and analyze performance metrics.
• Coordinate activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Provide technical expertise for integrated logistics plans and coaching.
• Evaluate LMI data against various documents and hardware.
• Develop/Review depot level repair specifications and test procedures.
• Review and adjudicate comments on technical documents and proposals.
• Plan and conduct provisioning activities and validate baseline docs.
• Conduct spares analysis and management.
• Participate in contractor depot logistics support and provisioning activities.
• Plan project meetings and produce minutes with action items.
• Create Integrated Logistics Support Plans and risk management plans.
• Produce weekly/monthly status reports and schedule updates.
