Job summary

Tetra Tech AMT is seeking a Senior Logistics Management Specialist to coordinate day-to-day logistics operations and develop integrated logistics plans. The role requires strong proficiency in logistics management, scheduling, and performance analytics, with a focus on supporting navigation and related systems.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and DAWIA Level III certification in Logistics, plus at least 4 years in life-cycle logistics within an acquisition or sustainment context.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 4 years of life cycle logistics experience in an acquisition and/or sustainment organization.
• Demonstrated Cost/Schedule Controls System Criteria experience for complex programs.
• Experience with work breakdown structures, cost accounting principles, schedule development and analysis, earned value measurement, and technical performance measurement.
• Sound knowledge on Technical, Project and Logistics Management.
• Knowledge of Acquisition Management System, Integrated Logistics Management System and Logistics Elements.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills. Coordination skills with project stakeholders. Strong note-taking and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations for the organization.
• Prepare initial documentation regarding planning stages.
• Review contract plans and process reports.
• Collect and analyze relevant information regarding performance metrics.
• Coordinate activities and ensure resources are used efficiently.
• Develop/Review LRU Depot Level Repair Specifications and procedures.
• Plan and conduct project meetings; produce minutes and action items.
