Purpose of the Role

The Senior Logistics Coordinator improves product workflow by developing, implementing, and analyzing logistics plans that impact production, distribution, and inventory management. The role ensures seamless distribution and delivery by optimizing logistics strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize costs. The coordinator ensures compliance with regulations and collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet Worley's sustainability and growth objectives, aligning with our vision of delivering sustainable change and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement logistics plans to enhance efficiency in production, distribution, and inventory management, supporting sustainability and customer satisfaction.
2. Collaborate with the Logistics Manager to develop and execute logistics strategies aligned with project goals and regulatory standards.
3. Provide logistical support for transportation and movement of materials and equipment, ensuring legal compliance and supporting client needs.
4. Lead logistics project teams, guiding best practices and aligning processes with sustainability and business objectives.
5. Track and report distribution activities using data-driven solutions to optimize delivery and resource use.
6. Coordinate with logistics, project management, and other departments to streamline operations and support business growth.
7. Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to management and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with sustainability goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in logistics planning, distribution, and inventory management, with a focus on compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Proven ability to develop and lead logistics strategies that improve efficiency and meet regulatory standards.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-departmental teams.
• Advanced knowledge of logistics systems and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
• Strategic thinker committed to sustainability, aligned with Worley's focus on sustainability projects.
