Senior Logistics Coordinator

Senior Logistics Coordinator to support large EPC projects by managing the movement of goods under direct supervision. This role is responsible for coordinating end‑to‑end project logistics performance—including global transportation, import/export, and freight—while coordinating with stakeholders, overseeing budgets, developing transport plans, and providing market outlook reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage project logistics activities such as import/export processes, container and breakbulk shipments, air freight, and over‑the‑road transportation.
• Interface with internal and external customers to ensure expectations are met.
• Report and manage the project logistics budget.
• Develop transport plans and logistics budgets (overall or individual).
• Report on logistics market conditions and outlook.
• Promote Zero Harm culture with vendors, clients, and colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience managing logistics activities for at least one EPC project.
• At least 5+ years of logistics experience for EPC projects, including management of containers and breakbulk ocean freight, domestic and international transportation, heavy haul, customs clearance, and commercial logistics budget management.
• Undergraduate degree in Maritime Administration, logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred.
• International and domestic travel may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to speak Mandarin or Spanish.
