As a Senior Coordinator Logistics associate, you will be a key member of the warehouse team, ensuring smooth and effective operations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the daily shipping and production schedules and managing administrative tasks in line with company policies and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Establish order picking and loading priorities to meet customer delivery requirements.
2. Print pick lists and assign them to forklift operators to ensure on-time load-out and efficient warehouse operations.
3. Use SAP EWM dock schedule, open order files, weekly manufacturing schedules, trailer pad reports, and other tools to review, evaluate, and coordinate warehouse order processing workload.
4. Provide technical assistance to forklift operators by resolving EWM exceptions, RF problems, inventory and location variances, and other operational issues.
5. Coordinate with the Operations Planning Department to resolve product and order-related issues, such as product age requirements, order adjustments for trailer capacity, and scheduling product returns from third-party warehouses.
6. Manage dock operations, including dock door assignments and trailer spotting, to maximize dock capacity utilization, ensure proper load sequencing, and facilitate timely load-out. Maintain trailer inventory and update trailer statuses as needed. Collaborate with Transportation Department to ensure availability of trailers and rail cars for load-out.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of clerical and/or production experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, military, or related environment preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $44,000-$59,000. This estimate is based on the time of posting and may vary depending on experience, skills, location, and other factors.
