Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Senior Analyst, Logistics BI to transform raw data into actionable reporting insights for the supply chain team. You will drive cost reduction, navigate ambiguity, and lead projects while communicating findings to leadership.

Collaborate with IT, transportation operations, solutions, and distribution to ensure effective reporting that helps run the business and supports strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics, or another technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• 1–3 years of experience with data analytics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Able to learn new software and information systems.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to communicate status and collaborate with SMEs to achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions to improve transportation control, service levels, and reduce supply chain costs.
• Transform raw data into actionable insights for the NAPA Supply Chain team using BigQuery, SQL Server, and Power BI.
• Support strategy development and implementation of new transportation and supply chain capabilities.
• Design and implement efficient workflows for reporting and lead times.
• Lead end-to-end projects and align with global cross-functional teams.
