Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Senior Logistics Analyst to support highly complex programs through provisioning, spares management, maintenance planning, inventory analysis, and logistics strategy development. Requires US citizenship, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and Active Secret clearance.

Schedule: M-F, 8-5. Work location is customer-site with 0–10% travel. Benefits include ESOP participation, 401(k) match, and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years related experience in the logistics field.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Prior supervision or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzed, organized, planned, and administered day-to-day provisioning, spares, and maintenance activities for complex programs.
• Reviewed contractual documents and technical data to determine provisioning and maintenance requirements.
• Developed logistics plans to improve distribution of goods across programs.
• Identified key logistics assets and infrastructure to support mission requirements.
• Developed policies to strengthen QA and cost control measures.
• Conducted distribution and network studies to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
• Monitored inventory and analyzed requirements to meet delivery timelines.
• Solved complex logistics problems across multiple projects and programs.
• Improved processes to enhance project direction, efficiency, and support outcomes.
