Senior Logistics Analyst-COMSUBLANT SRS-34

CCI has an immediate opening for a Navy Logistics Analyst to support logistics efforts under our NFL contract at Submarine Readiness Squadron THREE FOUR N41, Norfolk VA.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide assistance to Submarine Readiness Squadron THREE FOUR (SRS-34) N41, conducting supply and logistics assessments, training, and inspections of assigned units, including inventory and financial management.
  2. Provide written feedback reports and submit to the government lead for the Logistics Division.
  3. Provide over-the-shoulder training for supported units in all aspects of logistics support, including daily operations of inventory and financial management, carcass management in R-Supply, requisition assistance, causative search, database and file maintenance, shelf-life management, HAZMAT requirements/audits, and Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) records management.
  4. Assist with Coordinated Shipboard Allowance List (COSAL), Automated Store Interface (ASI) processing, Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDR), Supply Discrepancy Reports (SDR), Fleet COSAL Feedback Reports (FCFBR), Allowance Change Request generation, submission, and tracking.
  5. Manage Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) program as a Reviewing Official (RO), including detailed reviews of purchase requests for completeness, accuracy, errors, omissions, and tracking through an internal database.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • Current DOD SECRET clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related discipline, or 8 years of hands-on experience in Navy automated logistics management as a substitute.
  • Eight years of experience in Navy or USMC automated logistics management systems, including Unit R-Supply, eRMS, OTS, FLIS, and CDMD-OA.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) and NMCI.

Desired:

  • Former Navy Senior Enlisted Logistics Specialist.
  • Experience in Supply Department aboard Navy submarines.

Pay Range

The salary range for this position is $56,000 - $117,500, influenced by location, experience, skills, education, and certifications. We offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, wellness, financial, retirement, family support, continuing education, and time off. Learn more here.
