Who We Need

Sabel Systems is seeking an experienced logistics professional to support the Marine Corps’ Ground Combat and Futures Section (GCF), Plans and Operations Futures Branch (POF), PP&O. This role provides strategic-level analysis and support to the Ground Systems Enterprise (GSE) Transition Task Force (TTF), focused on ground systems readiness, requirements planning, and decision support.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze readiness degraders and develop operations, safety, and planning metrics.
• Support requirements evaluation and Performance-to-Plan analysis.
• Prepare and review classified/unclassified documentation and briefings for leadership.
• Coordinate taskers and internal communications via ETMS2 and AMHS.
• Collaborate with HQMC stakeholders and other key organizations to support GSE efforts.

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant logistics, planning, or HQMC experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior experience with HQMC (CD&I, I&L, PP&O), MARFORCOM, PEO-LS, MARCORSYSCOM, or TECOM.
• Familiarity with Fielding Plans, Disposal Plans, Capabilities Development Documents.
• Experience with PPBEA, POM, and TFSP processes.
• Understanding of Marine Corps organizational structure and HQMC administrative protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint), SharePoint.
• Proficiency in ETMS2 and AMHS systems.
