Job summary

ProKatchers LLC seeks an experienced Sr. Logistics Analyst to apply deep Marine Corps logistics expertise and contribute to policy, strategy, and plans. The role emphasizes implementing accurate logistics processes and audit readiness in a DoD context.

You will lead and support cross-functional Working Groups and staff synchronization meetings, driving logistics improvements and inventory accuracy across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a business or management field of study.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience with U.S. Marine Corps logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on logistics and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Validate logistics processes and policies and the implementation of sound policies/practices that support the accurate recording and maintenance of physical equipment inventories.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $92,000.00 (Barstow, CA) / $125,000 - $145,000.00 (Washington DC)

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Sr. Logistics Analysts who are intimately familiar with Marine Corps logistics strategies, policy, and plans.

• Support financial improvement & audit readiness through the implementation of accurate logistics processes
• Validate logistics processes and policies and the implementation of sound policies/practices that support the accurate recording and maintenance of physical equipment inventories
• Leading and supporting the execution of Working Groups, Cross Functional Teams, and staff synchronization meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a business or management field of study (no degree, 12 years of experience required, flexible)
• Minimum of 9 years of experience with U.S. Marine Corps logistics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on logistics and supply chain management.

Security Clearance:

• Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
