Responsibilities include coordinating the shipment of TDL equipment, maintaining NIIN/UMN/Part Number verification, and supporting FIAR readiness. Compensation is $90,000–$100,000 per year and located in San Diego, CA.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years experience managing Tactical Data Links (TDL) parts.
• Experience with Navy ERP OM&S database.
• Ability verify NIIN, UMN and Part Numbers.
• Experience preparing DD-1149 documentation for FIAR support.
• Coordinate and deliver TDL equipment to NIWC Pacific Transportation Supply Department.

Aufgaben

• Create and submit electronic DD-1149 for TDL parts.
• Prepare hardcopy DD-1149 for hand-carried parts.
• Print/apply N-ERP labels and store parts in OM&S TDL warehouse.
• Prepare KSSD for incoming TDL OM&S parts.
• Manage TDL material in the TDL warehouse.
• Receive, issue, and transfer parts stored in the TDL warehouse.
• Provide tracking information for TDL parts shipped.
• Prepare Excess material/Equipment Turn-In forms.
• Perform data calls for OM&S equipment/parts.
