Job summary

IT Veterans seeks a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Logistician to lead end-to-end delivery and receiving for Task Force Raptor at WHCA in Washington, DC. You will coordinate schedules, security, and storage, ensuring safe, on-time material handling of IT and construction supplies.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with Yankee White eligibility; 10 years in logistics with DoD/federal facility coordination; and the ability to lead multi-project deliveries across vendors and sites.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Yankee White eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of logistics experience including at least 5 years coordinating deliveries into secure DoD/federal facilities.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating vendor, driver, and cargo access and inspection requirements for secure facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated delivery schedule for Task Force Raptor efforts and deconflict deliveries.
• Coordinate security requirements for all deliveries with WHCA security and Secret Service as applicable.
• Verify vendor lift plans, rigging procedures, and equipment require safe operations; stop work if unsafe conditions are identified.
• Maintain delivery and receiving records; manage storage and custody per project; ensure records in the Task Force Raptor system.
