Job summary

IQVIA Argentina is seeking an experienced Trial Manager to lead country-level trial execution, ensuring quality data, regulatory compliance, and strategic collaboration with functional teams. The role requires independent decision-making for complex studies and strong communication with Sponsor stakeholders.

The incumbent will manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relations while maintaining inspection readiness and adherence to ICH-GCP and SOPs.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree.
Degree in a health or science-related field.
3 to 5+ years of trial management experience, including independently managing complex clinical trials and leading country-level trial execution.
Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP, Sponsor SOPs, local laws and regulations, and protocol-specific procedures.
Strong IT skills in appropriate software and Sponsor systems.
Willingness to travel with occasional overnight stay away from home according to business needs.
Proficient in speaking and writing the country language and English.

Responsibilities

Leads country-level operational planning and execution for complex, high-priority studies requiring advanced trial management expertise and independent decision-making.
Acts as primary Sponsor contact for assigned trial at the country level and coordinates local trial execution.
Drives study compliance by maintaining trial management systems, identifying risks, and initiating CAPAs as needed.
Ensures quality data and timely query resolution, providing guidance to improve site data quality.
