Job summary

You will oversee study management activities, participate in investigator meetings, and drive CAPA initiatives while maintaining inspection readiness and budget alignment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a health or science-related field.
• 3 to 5+ years trial management experience, including independently managing complex trials.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, Sponsor SOPs, local laws and regulations.
• Willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays.
• Proficient in speaking and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Lead country-level trial management and execution for complex studies.
• Coordinate site feasibility, recruitment planning, and trial budgeting.
• Maintain trial data quality and lead CAPA activities when issues arise.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely reporting of safety data.
• Provide training, mentorship, and onboarding for team members.
