Job summary

IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence. The Senior Trial Manager will lead country-level trial execution, oversee site management, data quality, and CAPA actions to ensure compliant, on-time delivery in the US.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage complex oncology trials, and drive feasibility, budgeting, and vendor oversight with strong regulatory acumen and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of trial management experience and leading country-level trial execution.
• Oncology experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, Sponsor SOPs, and local regulations.
• Strong IT skills in appropriate software and Sponsor systems.
• Willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Leads and contributes to quality site selection and feasibility activities.
• Acts as primary Sponsor contact for assigned trials at country level and leads local operations.
• Monitors study progress, CAPAs and risk mitigation, ensuring timely data and budgeting.
• Supports training, coaching, and capability development within the local trial team.
