Qualifications

• 7+ years in Local Media Investment or Media Planning.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical thinking.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for polished presentations.
• Experience with Media Ocean Spectra, OX, PRISMA, SQAD and TapScan.
• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business or communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership in client and team engagements.
• Present Local Landscape and marketplace insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and present Buy Summary, added value, posts and POVs on market opportunities.
• Supervise client leads and negotiators; support skill development and reporting.
• Collaborate with Planning/Strategy and Client Leads to boost innovation.
• Drive automation to reduce team effort and improve reporting.
• Mentor junior team members and support talent development.
• Participate in New Business and present all areas of Local Media.
• Utilize AI-generated insights to inform marketplace POVs and recommendations.
• Guide responsible AI use within local investment workflows.
