A prominent homebuilding company in Wisconsin is seeking a Loan Specialist to process mortgage applications and oversee loan operations. The candidate must possess an Associate’s Degree in finance, with 2 to 4 years of experience in mortgage lending and excellent communication skills. The role requires evaluating financial information and leading a team to ensure loan approval. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

This position is a full-time onsite position.
Job Summary: Processes applicable documentation for FHA, VA and Conventional mortgage loan applications and prepares required packages for loan approval. May supervise and lead the work of other loan specialists.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Education Experience: Associate’s Degree in finance or mortgage lending with at least 2 to 4 years of experience in a mortgage lending/finance environment. Some supervisory experience preferred.
