Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of financial services experience, including 2+ years in Loan Operations.
• Previous Lending Operations and quality review/control experience with knowledge of lending regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex loan issues using policy, guidelines, or processes.
• Support leadership with projects, implementations, and strategic initiatives.
• Identify policy gaps and help formulate policies to streamline workflows.
• Minimize risk by ensuring adherence to audit and control policies.
