Job summary

Monroe Capital LLC, based in Chicago, seeks a Senior Associate, Loan Operations, to manage a portfolio of agented and non-agented loans through their lifecycle. You will support closings, funding, servicing, cash management, and reconciliations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3-4 days per week in the Chicago office, with collaboration across investment and portfolio management teams to ensure accurate deal setup and servicing." Minimum 3-7 years in related operations, strong Excel

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of loan operations, loan servicing, treasury operations, or related experience.
• Experience closing and servicing syndicated credit facilities.
• Strong understanding of loan documentation, credit agreements, and servicing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of direct agented and non-agented loan transactions from closing through repayment.
• Coordinate the operational execution of new transactions, amendments, restructurings, and other credit events.
• Perform daily cash reconciliations and monitor multiple bank accounts.
• Communicate loan activity, funding events, and servicing updates to lending partners and participants.
• Support audit requests, reporting requirements, and special projects.
