Capital One, within the Small Business Bank, seeks a Senior Associate, Loan Documentation & Closing Specialist. The role coordinates closings, prepares complex loan documents, and ensures compliance with policy and regulations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with underwriters, attorneys and title companies to meet closing conditions, manage liens, and support small business clients with precision and care.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office or G Suite.
• Minimum 3 years of Banking or Financial Services experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Loan Closing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in Small Business or Commercial lending support.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate loan closings and prepare/review loan documents in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct lien searches and due diligence; deliver lien documents to vendors.
• Review documents prepared by others for compliance and authorize closings.
• Ensure conformity with SOPs, appraisals, surveys and other third party documents.
• Interact with underwriters, relationship managers, clients and counsel to meet closing conditions.
