Job summary

Air Combat Effectiveness Consulting Group (ACE Group), LLC is seeking a Senior Logistician to support the Combat Survivability Division at NAS Patuxent River in Lexington Park, MD. This in-person role requires active TS with SAP eligibility and US citizenship, supporting LO life cycle management and related programs.

Responsibilities include coordinating across security levels, gathering and analyzing logistics data, and delivering concise reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires MS/MA or BS/BA with substitution of years of experience as described.
• 10+ years in program management or technical/business analysis related to weapon systems.
• Experience with DoD IPS elements and processes.
• Active TS security clearance with SAP eligibility has strong preference.

Responsibilities

• Effectively operate and communicate across multi-level security environments.
• Summarize data and findings to support technical documents and reports.
• Evaluate product support requirements to quantify gaps with LO sustainment.
• Elicit and document logistics requirements from stakeholders and align with objectives.
• Identify and mitigate logistics risks and maintain a risk register.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, contractors, and external agencies.
• Analyze sustainment, readiness, and cost data to inform investments and decisions.
• Implement process improvements to optimize logistics outcomes.
• Ensure logistics solutions comply with DoD and NAVAIR policies and security requirements.
• Prepare and deliver logistics documentation and presentations for leadership.
