Yoh is seeking a hands-on Research Associate or Senior Research Associate to join our Deliver Sciences team developing next-generation lipid nanoparticle delivery systems for nucleic acid-based therapeutics. You will work on formulation design, optimization, scale-up, and analytical characterization in a collaborative setting in South San Francisco, CA.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of industry LNP experience, hands-on formulation skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize processes.

Qualifikationen

• Degree requirements in pharmaceutical sciences or related field.
• Industry experience supporting LNP or targeted-LNP research and development.
• Hands-on experience with LNP formulation, optimization, and scale-up.

• Design, prepare, and optimize LNP formulations for nucleic acid delivery.
• Evaluate formulation parameters and process conditions to enhance particle properties.
• Scale formulations toward preclinical production and perform downstream processing.
