Personal Healthcare Management LLC is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for Houghton Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Buffalo, NY. The role oversees all clinical and administrative functions, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and financial management of the facility.

The ideal candidate holds NY LNHA licensure, a Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred), and at least 1 year of long-term care facility experience, with strong communication and leadership skills to drive

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree in business, health care administration, public health or related area is preferred.
Minimum 1 year of long term care facility experience preferred.
Current NY State Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) certification is required.
