Qualifications

• Deep, demonstrated expertise in one or more of: Large-Scale Machine Learning Systems, LLM Architecture And Training, or Multimodal Learning.
• Strong Python programming proficiency.
• A distinguished track record of academic or professional accomplishment
• Genuine intellectual curiosity and versatility, plus a proven history of innovation within Machine Learning
• Background in Drug Discovery or Biomolecular Simulation is welcome but not essential. Curiosity and machine learning excellence matter more.

Responsibilities

• Scale massive model training and inference pipelines on state-of-the-art compute.
• Architect pre-training data pipelines and distributed training at scale.
• Advance post-training methods, including instruction tuning, contrastive learning, and reinforcement learning.
• Integrate non-text modalities such as 3D structures, molecular graphs, and time-series signals into multimodal learning frameworks.
• Partner across scientific and engineering disciplines to turn modeling advances into discoveries.
