Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced AI researcher specializing in large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures to push the boundaries of next-generation AI. You will design and execute ambitious research programs, translating scientific discoveries into scalable models and production-ready capabilities for voice-based applications, in a fast-moving AI-first environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of applied deep learning research.
• Strong understanding of neural network architectures and loss functions.
• Hands-on experience with large language models, data curation, distributed training, transformer optimization, and RLHF.
• Strong programming skills in Python and practical PyTorch experience.
• Experience with autoregressive and seq-to-seq transformer models.
• Distributed computing and large-scale data processing knowledge.
• Ability to design experiments, analyze results, and use findings to improve models.
• Excellent communication and autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with research scientists to define and develop new LLM initiatives.
• Conduct literature reviews, evaluate methods, and synthesize approaches.
• Design, plan, and execute experimental programs for LLM development.
• Research and improve transformer architectures, training methods, and performance.
• Lead large-scale LLM training using distributed infrastructure.
• Improve data curation, training efficiency, and RL techniques.
• Translate experiments into scalable, production-ready models.
• Help deploy new models into real-world products and communicate results.
