Job summary

StoryPoint Group in Cedar Falls, IA seeks a Wellness Director to direct clinical resident care services, delivering a 1440 experience and leading employee connections within our community. The ideal candidate is an RN licensed in Iowa with CDP certification due within 90 days, plus leadership and revenue-management experience.

This on-site role focuses on high-quality care, regulatory compliance and team development.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse licensed in the state of Iowa.
• CDP certification required prior to or within 90 days of hire.
• Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage revenue and financials.
• Proven high performer with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and be accountable for your team and their performance.
• Oversee revenue for Wellness, Evaluations & Care Conferences and Service Plans: ensure right care, at the right price with the right staff.
• Coordinate Alzheimer’s and Dementia Program.
• Ensure alignment with 1440 care standards.
• Translate vision into action for staff, residents, and partners.
• Build community partnerships and collaboration with external leaders.
