Job summary

Grand Living is seeking a Health & Wellness Assistant to create exceptional daily experiences for residents by providing compassionate care, supporting independence, and delivering personalized service through our wellness programs.

You will assist with activities of daily living, support wellness initiatives, help with licensed medication administration, and work with other teams to ensure a warm, engaging atmosphere for residents and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• One+ year of assisting with activities of daily living preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and/or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) credentials preferred or required by state.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (dressing, eating, grooming, hygiene, mobility).
• Support residents per personalized care plans, promoting dignity and independence.
• Observe changes and report to nursing staff as needed.
• Provide medication assistance and administration per state rules when licensed.
• Build meaningful relationships and participate in wellness programs and events.
• Collaborate with Health & Wellness, Culinary, Lifestyle and Hospitality teams.
