Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Must be 21+ with valid PA Driver’s License.
• Three years’ experience in safety, security, or related field preferred.
• Experience in hospital or Life Plan Community setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ensure services are offered to residents and team members for safety and efficiency.
