Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Washington state seeks a dedicated Bus Driver to transport residents to outings and appointments in a timely, safe manner.

You will operate buses and other vehicles to assigned destinations, maintain vehicle cleanliness, complete required paperwork, and support the community with flexible duties as needed. This full-time role offers benefits and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Possess a good driving record and may require a CDL license.
• Ability to drive the bus or other vehicles following federal/state regulations.
• Ability to operate the bus or other vehicles safely at all times.
• Ability to maintain the bus or other vehicles in good condition.

Responsibilities

• Drive the bus or other vehicles to and from required destinations while operating the vehicle in a safe manner at all times.
• Schedule destinations of the bus or other vehicles as directed by the Management Team.
• Be accessible to the management team during working hours via cell phone and/or pager or other means for schedule changes or unforeseen circumstances.
• Ensure the bus and/or other vehicles are clean.
• Timely completion and submission of paperwork related to the performance of job duties as required by operations procedures.
• May be assigned to other job functions in the community when not driving or on a relief basis.
