Eagle's Trace by Erickson Senior Living in West Houston, TX is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support residents with speech, swallowing, cognition, and voice therapy across the continuum of care. You will screen, evaluate, treat, and train residents while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with older adults preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current valid state license for the service state, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings across the community continuum of care.
• Follow ASHA guidelines, payer requirements, and company policies; ensure compliance in care provision and documentation.
• Address residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs with a holistic approach.
• Implement personal care plans respecting residents’ preferences and routines to provide comfort and belonging.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs throughout care.
