Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef in hiring, coaching, and performance management for culinary operations.
• Directly supervise all culinary staff.
• Assist in training culinary and dining personnel and managing daily operations.
• Supervise staff regarding product quality, portions, cost controls, scheduling, and staffing.
• Ensure quality of food through tasting and plate presentation.
• Assist with menu planning, ordering, and food supplies.
