Responsibilities

• Receive ongoing clinical mentorship and support from a Practice Owner.
• Collaborate with memory care specialists to enhance resident care.
• Develop clinical reasoning in contexts connected to residents' daily lives.
• Build relationships with residents, families, caregivers, and community leadership.
• Practice with greater autonomy while accessing experienced clinical support when needed.
• Contribute to a practice model designed around the clinician and technology to reduce admin burden.
