Job summary

Quail Park Communities in Visalia, CA is seeking friendly Servers to create meaningful dining experiences for residents and guests. You will provide attentive table service, learn resident preferences, and collaborate with the dining team to ensure every meal is served with care and professionalism.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, families, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist with seating and ensure residents are comfortable in their assigned dining area.
• Greet residents promptly and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Attend pre-meal meetings to become familiar with daily menus and dining offerings.
• Serve meals using proper serving techniques and ensure food is presented attractively.
• Be attentive to resident preferences, dietary needs, and requests.
• Communicate with the dining team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable meal service.
• Observe and promptly report significant changes in a resident’s eating habits or behavior to the appropriate supervisor.
• Track meals served and accurately record information using the community's designated system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
• Clean and reset tables, chairs, and assigned dining areas after each meal.
• Restock condiments, napkins, and other dining supplies.
• Assist with setting tables and preparing the dining room for upcoming meals.
