Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking friendly servers to help residents enjoy meals in a welcoming environment. You will set and clear tables, take dining orders, and provide outstanding customer service in a team-driven dining room.

No experience is required—on-the-job training is paid. This role emphasizes teamwork, resident engagement, and maintaining a clean dining area, with opportunities for growth and a supportive staff culture.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.
