Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Server in San Jose, CA to join our dining services team and provide residents with the highest level of customer service. You will set and clear tables, take dining orders, and help with meals and events.

No experience is required, and on-the-job training is paid. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision and life insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.
