Job summary

Atria Senior Living is hiring a Server to support dining services and help residents enjoy meals in a welcoming environment. You will set tables, take dining orders, review menus with residents, and assist with daily meal preparation, delivery and event support.

No prior experience is required and on-the-job training is provided. Atria emphasizes teamwork, resident relations, and maintaining a clean, safe dining area across its communities.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide high-level customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create strong teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.
