Integral Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at one of our California communities. You will take meal and drink orders, serve meals, and ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their dining experience.

The role emphasizes compassionate service to seniors and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards. Ideal candidates enjoy working with seniors, communicate kindly with residents and staff, and can adapt to flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Take meal and drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner.
• Assure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals.
• Maintain knowledge of all specials and descriptions of all food items.
• Maintain all side stations and dining areas.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Set up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining hospitality and service standards.
